Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in resident care and daily living activities.
- Perform duties such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and restorative nursing procedures.
- Document vital signs, weights, and care notes in EMR and report changes to the charge nurse.
- Maintain clean, safe, and confidential patient environments.
- Turn bedridden residents and respond to call lights promptly.
- Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
