Job summary

Goldwater Care Peoria Heights is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents in daily living activities and ensure their health and safety. The role includes both part-time (6p to 10p) and full-time shifts, with responsibilities spanning hygiene assistance, vital signs monitoring, and documentation.

Candidates must hold an active CNA license in Illinois, maintain CPR certification, and be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must be able to work 12 hours of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Maintain resident stability by monitoring vital signs and weight.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Adhere to professional standards and applicable regulations, including JCAHO where applicable.
