CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in College Station, TX to support the care team and improve patient well‑being through direct patient care and coordinated service delivery. You will assist with screenings, procedures, patient education, and administrative tasks, ensuring patients understand instructions and feel at ease while care is coordinated across the team.

Qualifications

• Must possess CMA certification or equivalent (CMA, AAMA, NHA, NCCT, AMT) at hire
• High school or GED required
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire

Responsabilités

• Perform general patient care following established standards and procedures
• Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider
• Obtain and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, resp, height, weight, allergies, meds)
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab analysis
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered
• Assist with EKGs and schedule diagnostic testing and follow up
