Colonial Village Overland Park is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT) to join our team in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting. Pass medications under supervision, assist residents with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, vibrant community environment.

The ideal candidate holds Kansas CMA certification, demonstrates strong infection control and teamwork, and is committed to high‑quality resident care in a boutique senior living community.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT) with active Kansas certification required.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications under direct supervision and per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes to Charge Nurse promptly.
• Review Tenant Service Plans to understand needs and preferences.
• Assist in dining and activities to support resident well‑being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Document care and medication administration accurately in records.
• Respond to emergencies per training and facility policy.
