Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, while ensuring the highest level of safety and accuracy
• Monitor and report any adverse reactions or concerns to the nurse or physician
• Assist with vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications and treatments
