Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted LPN license (Mississippi).
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Assist in evaluating patient needs and carry out nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families on medications, self-care techniques, and disease management.
• Create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for patients.
• Document nursing care accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain age-appropriate care standards for all patients.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications (including CPR), and emergency preparedness.
• Promote effective teamwork and a positive clinic atmosphere.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
