Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with clinical experience.
• CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and prepares them for exams and procedures.
• Documents data and maintains medical records and charts.
• Administers injections and medications as ordered.
• Performs EKGs and venipuncture for tests.
• Coordinates referrals and supports QA/nursing initiatives.
