Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Knowledge of data entry, Microsoft programs, and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate administrative support for the Clinic, including data entry and appointment scheduling.
• Manage check-in and scheduling for Donor Subsidized Spay/Neuter patients and general clinical appointments.
• Provide courteous customer service and support to staff and volunteers.
