Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.
• Feeds residents requiring help and serves food trays.
• Transports residents or assists with walking.
• Drapes for examinations and assists during procedures.
• Turns and repositions residents to prevent bedsores.
• Takes and records vital signs as directed.
• Assists with laundry and housekeeping duties.
• Dusts and cleans residents' rooms.
