Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Michigan to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will help with grooming, meals, mobility, and participation in community activities to enhance quality of life.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and CNA training or experience; Cedarbrook supports staff development through its CNA program and provides a stable work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A 100-hour CNA training is preferred.
• One year of nurse’s aide experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists residents in personal care including grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Assists residents to dining room and with meals.
• Encourages residents to participate in activities and social events.
• Listens to resident concerns and reports observations to the Director.
• Maintains compliance with community policies and regulatory standards.
• Participates in in-service programs for skill development.
• Adheres to fire safety and disaster preparedness plans.
