Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks under supervision following policies and procedures.
• Round on residents per shift and every two hours to deliver care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report any missing ID bands immediately.
• Make beds and maintain clean bedside tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within reach.
