Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in a licensed facility. You will perform rounds, verify resident identities, and maintain high-quality care under supervision of nursing leadership.

Candidates must hold a CNA license, have at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure, and demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience in a CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing procedures.
• Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside surfaces.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within resident reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors.
