Responsibilities

• Perform general patient care by following established standards and procedures.
• Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider.
• Obtain and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, height, weight, allergies, medications).
• May draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Administer medications and/or vaccines as ordered.
• May perform routine tests including EKGs.
