Job summary

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA is seeking a Case Manager. This non-exempt role focuses on assessing client needs, developing and implementing Individual Development Plans, and coordinating services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency within tribal programs.

The position reports to the Case Manager Supervisor and is located at Employment and Training, Nespelem. Salary ranges hourly and DOE, with a benefit package including health, retirement, and leave.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate's degree in Social Services, Human Services, Business Administration or closely related field and 12–24 months of professional level experience.
• Knowledge of Welfare Reform and workforce development.
• Experience with case management for individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop Individual Development Plans.
• Coordinate supportive services to assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency.
• Work with clients, Tribal agencies, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
