Job summary

World Relief seeks a PIR Case Aide to support the PIR team with administrative tasks, apartment setups, transportation, and other direct client service needs. This role will help ensure new arrivals receive timely, practical support as they begin settling into their new communities.

This is a part‑time position, 24 hours per week,based fully in the office, three days per week, with some local travel as needed to support direct client services.

Qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith required.
• Committed to World Relief’s mission, vision and values.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, or 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use electronic case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment setups for newly arriving clients.
• Provide transportation and support for appointments and community resources.
• Assist with client move-ins and ensure apartments are ready.
• Pick up and deliver furniture, donations, and other supplies.
• Support PIR staff with appointments and documentation.
