Indiana Mentor, part of the Sevita family, is hiring caregivers to provide residential and treatment foster care support. You’ll assist with daily living, promote independence, and help participants achieve personal goals in a structured, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least six months in human services, and a compassionate, reliable mindset. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and independent living goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure participant wellbeing and safety.
