Job summary

Sevita's Indiana Mentor program provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care to youth facing out-of-home placements or transitions back to family homes. If you’re passionate about making a difference, join our mission-driven team and experience a career well lived.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with developmental goals, and help participants participate in community activities. We seek compassionate, patient people who are reliable and eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable and responsible behavior expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants in pursuing developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Help participants engage in community activities.
