Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, patience, kindness, empathy, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients in their home.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in healthcare or in-home care (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support daily living activities.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around the home and accompany to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and help with exercises as needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform housekeeping and report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer essential daily living activities and support.
