Companion Care Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, meals, and medication reminders in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills, patience, kindness, empathy, organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients in a home-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance (showering, bathing, dressing, eating) for elderly or recovering clients.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with mobility to appointments, walks, and daily activities.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with light physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shops; perform housekeeping and report incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies; support daily living activities.
