Qualifikationen

• Strong communication with clients, families, and office staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences and care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plan.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers using walkers or wheelchairs as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance for medical appointments and errands.
• Provide respite care to give family caregivers a break while ensuring continuity of care.
• Follow care instructions, document shift activity, and report changes to the office.
