At Your Side Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our Ohio team. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support independence in a warm, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Duties include personal care, meal reminders, light housekeeping, and documenting changes for supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor.
