Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to support private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants at home. You’ll provide daily living assistance, companionship, and safety supervision in clients’ homes across Tennessee.

We offer 16.00–17.50 USD per hour with weekly pay, plus FT/PT opportunities, benefits after 60 days, and a 30-day onboarding evaluation. Growth as our company expands is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
