Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to support clients in their homes. Earn $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay, and choose full-time or part-time schedules. PTO begins after 30 days, followed by a 90‑business‑day performance review and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Must complete all required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals, help with housekeeping, laundry and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.
• Follow each client’s plan of care and adapt to changing needs.
