We offer competitive pay of $16.00–$17.50 per hour, weekly pay, and opportunities across Tennessee. Benefits include paid time off after 30 days, a 90-day performance review, and insurance options after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
