Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is growing and seeking experienced caregivers who are dependable and compassionate. You will provide in-home support to private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES participants, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and weekly pay.

This role offers competitive hourly wages ($16.00–$17.50), paid time off after 30 days, a 90-business-day performance evaluation, insurance after 60 days, and growth opportunities as we expand across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
