Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in clients’ lives. We provide personalized in-home care for private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES programs, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules across Tennessee.

We offer weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, 90-day performance evaluations, and benefits after 60 days, with a supportive office and growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
