Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family)
• Able to work with at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English reading/writing; bilingual encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence)
• Use our caregiver app for real-time client updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking
• Support from office team available 24/7
