Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a caregiver to provide companionship, personal care, and support in Florida. Earn $16.00–$16.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits; flexible scheduling helps you balance life and work.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, and mobility support while building trusting relationships with clients. CPR certification is preferred and valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) for consistency.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use and incontinence management.
