Home Instead in San Antonio, Texas is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the local area. You will work with a dedicated office team and utilize caregiver technology and scheduling tools to deliver reliable, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care, with access to our mobile app for real-time updates and earnings tracking. Weekly pay and benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or credential as CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Two professional references required.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to ensure consistency.
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
• Dedicated support from the team available 24/7.
• Use the mobile app for real-time client updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking.
