Visiting Angels of Harford & Cecil Counties is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will assist clients with personal care activities, hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders in home settings.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a respectful, supportive approach. A requirement is being at least 18 and a willingness to complete required trainings; weekly pay and benefits are available. Join our caring community and help seniors maintain independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Demonstrate sympathetic attitude toward caring for others.
• Previous private duty home care preferred.
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically.
• Reliable, adaptable, calm, and well-groomed.

Responsabilités

• Understand and adhere to client care plans.
• Assist with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene).
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Assist with medications administration per care plan.
• Document care provided and report incidents immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor.
• Attend required in-service training
• Adhere to attendance expectations and assignments.
