Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking compassionate caregivers in Santa Barbara, CA. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting meal setup and clean up.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, monitoring residents’ health, assisting with medications as delegated, and participating in team meetings to ensure high-quality care and positive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• First Aid Certification is required, or to be completed within first 30 days of employment.
• Knowledge of working with elderly preferred, CNA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living; encourage self-care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundering tasks for residents.
• Set up for meals and clean up after.
• Deliver services per the resident’s care plan; monitor health needs and assist with medications as delegated by LPN/LVN.
