Qualifications

• Supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living support and monitor residents' well-being.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety.
• Communicate resident needs and observations to the care team promptly.
