Visiting Angels of Santa Barbara and Santa Maria Counties is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors, helping them maintain independence and quality of life at home. Qualifications

• Genuine compassion for seniors and a desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidates).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
