MCMP Inc dba Comfort Keepers is hiring qualified CAREGIVERS to provide compassionate, dignified adult care. The ideal candidate will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, prepare meals, and keep clients safe and comfortable in their homes.

We value professionalism, empathy, and a strong work ethic, and offer opportunities for advancement and ongoing training as part of our caregiving team in Santa Barbara, CA.

Qualifications

• No criminal record.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable automobile and insurance.
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, or group home settings preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care
• Non-smoker

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Follow and support written care plans for our clients.
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Run errands for clients as necessary.
