Monarch Communities is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to support residents under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director in Delaware. This non-exempt, hourly position involves personal care, meal assistance, and daily activities as outlined in each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and documentation while maintaining safety and dignity for all residents; with potential dementia experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plans.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
• Report any change in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
