Wellspring Lutheran Services in Saginaw, MI is seeking a compassionate CNA for full-time days or nights in our assisted living community. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and assist with medications as qualified, helping residents maintain independence and meaning in daily life.

This dementia-focused role requires patience, empathy, and a collaborative approach with residents, families, and the care team.

Formación

• Dementia/Memory care experience required.
• Experience providing care or services to older adults preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A compassionate, service-oriented approach to resident care.
• The ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• A commitment to supporting resident choice, dignity, and well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and support with mobility.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Support with medications when qualified and safe.
• Help residents participate in meals, activities, and social events.
• Observe changes in residents and communicate concerns to nursing leadership.
• Build relationships to create a home where residents feel safe, respected, and valued.
