Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Full-Time CNA with dementia care experience to provide personal care, mobility support, and companionship in an assisted living setting. You will assist with medications when qualified, help residents participate in daily activities, and support family visits while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Dementia/Memory care experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate, service-oriented approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, support mobility and independence, assist with medications when qualified, and help residents participate in activities and routines that bring joy and purpose.
• Observe residents closely, recognizing changes in condition and communicating concerns to nursing leadership.
• Assist with meals, transportation to activities, and social events to keep residents engaged.
• Work with fellow CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care throughout the day.
