Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking caring, dedicated, and compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities serving seniors. You’ll provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, support mobility, help with medications (training provided), and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) availability.
• Part-Time role; shifts may be on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
