Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in memory care and assisted living.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, medications (training provided), light housekeeping, and meaningful engagement. Must be at least 18 with 6 months caregiving experience; CNA preferred but not required. Part-time PM shift and every-other-weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months caregiving experience ( Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
