Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers for Inver Grove Heights. You will work closely with residents to provide personalized care in a 32-unit Assisted Living/Memory Care setting.

Role requires empathy, reliability, and strong communication. PM shift (2PM-10PM) and part-time availability are needed; training is provided and growth is supported by leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
