Agemark Senior Living's CountryHouse Residence in Granite Bay, CA, seeks a compassionate Caregiver for a Friday–Monday PM shift. You will support daily living, promote independence, monitor well-being, build connections, and create joyful moments for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We provide training.
• Must meet all applicable California requirements for the role.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including assisting residents with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal care needs.
• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to stay active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor Well-Being: Observe changes in residents' conditions and promptly report concerns.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Protect Dignity: Provide compassionate care with patience, respect, and understanding.
