Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and essential personal care. This role requires all shifts with weekends, providing compassionate, respectful service on a senior living campus.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, safety maintenance, and clear communication with team members and supervisors. Training will be provided, and health screenings are mandatory for the safety of residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate elder care.
• Must pass criminal background and health screenings, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and departments.

Education
