Job summary

Griswold Home Care for Anoka County in Ham Lake is seeking a caring, part-time CAREGIVER/PCA/DSP to help seniors with companionship and daily non-medical care. Flexible day and night shifts, with the option for daily or weekly pay, and training provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Auto insurance and 18+ years of age required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles; 2+ years home care experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• We are willing to train you.
• Caregiving experience with seniors encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship.
• Assist with daily tasks: laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep.
• Support personal hygiene and daily activities with dignity.
• Engage clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate client needs to office.
• Help seniors maintain independence and quality of life.
