Job summary

Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to provide warm personal care, support, and companionship to residents in a community setting.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor changes in residents’ needs, and update Resident Care Plans, while encouraging participation in community activities. CNA/HHA certification is preferred and a high school diploma is required, with competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities
