Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in New Jersey are seeking a Care Manager to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes to care needs, update the Resident Care Plan, and encourage participation in community programs. A high school diploma and current CNA certification are required; we offer flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and free parking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification currently active.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
