Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. The role includes non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to help clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and free medical insurance, plus referral bonuses and one-on-one client care. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties and have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver/PCA, provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and ADLs while maintaining client dignity.
• Provide companionship, monitor safety, and support independence in the home.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, laundry and transportation to appointments when applicable.
