At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team in the Philadelphia area. You will provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in home settings, helping maintain dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently while following the client’s care plan.
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsabilidades

• As a Caregiver/PCA, you will provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client’s individual needs and care plan.
• Personal Care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, ADLs, and promoting independence.
• Home and Daily Living Support: meals, light housekeeping, laundry, safety, routines.
• Companionship and Support: emotional support, social engagement, respectful relationships.
• Mobility Assistance: ambulation, transfers, safe movement in the home.
• Medication reminders and transportation/community support as applicable.
