Job summary

Sunset in Georgetown Charter Township is seeking a Resident Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. You will assist with ADLs, help with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and follow each resident's plan of care.

Full-time roles include benefits like health, dental and vision options, paid time off, and retirement savings up to 5% employer match. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred; CNA/PCT certification is optional but

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident ADLs including mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other needs.
• Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care.
• Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents.
• Working with residents in both memory care and assisted living.
