Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Caregiver/HHA in Vermont. You will provide personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.

This role offers part-time or full-time shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement. Prior home health experience is preferred, with training available for motivated entrants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience.
• Patience, empathy, and reliability; ability to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per the written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and safety in the home.
