Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Caregivers/HHA to support clients in their homes in New Jersey. You will deliver personal care, companionship and household assistance, following a nurse-led plan of care and ensuring safety and independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, range of motion, and transfers.
• Follow a written plan of care and document the care provided.
